Job Description
TEKsystems are seeking an experienced defense professional to support complex Department of Defense programs and mission-critical initiatives. This individual will lead projects, collaborate directly with government stakeholders, and evaluate systems, policies, processes, and operational requirements to identify effective solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience operating within DoD environments, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and project teams. Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an F-15 aircrew with 1,000 F-15 hours
Experience with JMPS 2020 or later
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of advanced weapon concepts and fighter tactics
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to update the Link 16 Network Design Load (NDL) from OPSTASKLINK
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a small, high-tempo mission planning team under intense pressure, handling short or no-notice tasks and occasional weekend work for deployed issues, and interface closely with the configuration control manager of Mission Planning Equipment (MPE) and JMPS
Ability to adapt to changing schedules based on F-15 units’ operational tempo, including on-call periods with possible 24/7 recall within two hours of notification on weekends and holidays
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice to Have Skills
10+ years of experience as an F-15 aircrew with 1,500 F-15 hours
Experience serving as a Director of Operations Mission Planning (DOMP) Chief or Team Member
Experience with F-15 avionics and aircraft OFP Suite 9 or newer
Experience with Electronic Warfare principles and product development
Graduate of an F-15 Weapons School
