QSSHire is seeking experienced Project Integrators in McLean, VA, to support technical communications, data visualization, and the development of professional briefing materials for senior leadership.
In this role, you’ll transform complex technical and operational information into clear, visually engaging presentations, graphics, and documentation. You’ll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to develop briefing materials, communicate key findings, and support mission-focused projects through effective visual communication.

In This Role, You’ll:
• Translate complex technical information into clear, professional presentations and briefing materials.
• Develop graphics, briefing slides, and visual products for senior management.
• Create technical and operational presentations using Sponsor data.
• Gather, edit, and organize technical and operational information for briefings.
• Develop data visualizations to communicate complex information and findings.
• Use graphics and presentation software to create professional media and visual products.
• Design and format presentation layouts, complex text, charts, and graphics.
• Develop technical project documentation and supporting briefing materials.
• Create organizational, operational, and business process documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective communication.
• Present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the development and publication of technical and operational briefing materials.

You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Demonstrated experience translating technical information into clear, understandable presentations.
• Experience communicating complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating graphics, presentations, and briefing slides for senior management.
• Experience using graphics and presentation software to develop professional media and visual products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in presentation design, formatting, and documentation.
• Ability to organize and present complex technical information effectively.

Desired Skills:
• Experience creating data visualizations from complex datasets and technical topics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience developing technical presentations and visual communication materials.
• Experience creating professional graphics and briefing documentation for leadership audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
