- The DPM should be a collaborative leader who develops Team Leads, builds strong customer relationships, anticipates problems, communicates difficult issues early, and focuses on achieving measurable program results.
- Above all, the Deputy Program Manager serves as an extension of the Program Manager, providing leadership continuity, strengthening the management team, and helping ensure the program consistently meets Government mission requirements and corporate performance expectations.
