TS/SCI Windows Systems Administrator
Location: Arlington, VA (100% On-Site)
Shift: First Shift (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Clearance: Active TS/SCI Required
Compensation: Up to $65/hour

Job Overview
TEKsystems is seeking a cleared Windows Systems Administrator to support a critical federal program with Leidos in Arlington, VA. This position is ideal for an IT professional with strong experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments, Active Directory, VMware, and secure government infrastructure.
The successful candidate will join a team responsible for maintaining and supporting mission-critical systems within a highly secure environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to ongoing infrastructure modernization efforts while supporting a large-scale enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
4+ years of Windows Server administration experience
Experience managing Active Directory environments
Experience with Group Policy (GPO) administration
Experience supporting VMware environments
Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows Server systems
Experience applying security best practices and DISA STIGs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
AWS experience
PowerShell scripting experience
Python scripting experience
Experience with SCAP compliance tools
Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
Linux administration experience
ITIL Foundation certification
TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure
Manage Active Directory and Group Policy across enterprise environments
Troubleshoot and resolve server, application, and operating system issues
Support VMware virtualization platforms
Implement and maintain security configurations and STIG compliance
Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
Work closely with infrastructure and network teams to ensure system availability and performance
Support ongoing enterprise modernization initiatives
