Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and maintenance on aircraft and other aerospace components
• Repair and replace aircraft structures, including wings, fuselage, and tail sections
• Fabricate and install structural components using advanced tools and techniques
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify material flaws and weaknesses
• Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic or related field
• Secret clearance required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• Strong understanding of aircraft structures and materials
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and NDT equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on military aircraft
• Knowledge of FAA and DoD maintenance regulations
• Certification in NDT methods (e.g., ultrasonic, magnetic particle)
• Experience with composite materials and repair techniques
