Job Description
Three Saints Bay is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. This position will require being a team player, strict attention to detail and the ability to process a high volume of work under deadlines. This position will be hybrid and located in Manassas, VA.

The hiring range for this position is between $55,000-$65,000 based on experience.

Position Responsibilities:
- Processing high-volume vendor invoices into Deltek CostPoint
- Obtain proper approvals and approval follow-ups for all invoices
- Vendor invoice processing, matching and reconciling
- Research and resolve any invoices discrepancies
- Assist with weekly AP payment runs
- Assist with year-end audits, preparation of month-end financials statements
- Assists with other projects as assigned by the Controller/Senior Controller
- Act as a liaison between vendors and the Three Saints Bay subsidiaries to ensure timely payments
- Ensure all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved
- Review current processes and procedures and recommend best practices
Position Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year current Deltek CostPoint experience or similar ERP program
- Concur expense reporting experience preferred
- Minimum of two years' of accounts payable experience, preferably in the government contracts industry
- Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience
- Strong communication and writing skills
