Job Description
DCS Corp has an immediate opening for a Technical Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Analyst IV supporting the United States Reprogramming Lab and the 513th Electronic Warfare Squadron at Eglin AFB, Florida.
The Technical ELINT Analyst IV is a senior technical subject-matter expert within the Technical ELINT job family. The analyst supports the Mission Data Development Team by providing advanced Technical ELINT expertise for complex analytic efforts supporting advanced fifth-generation fighter aircraft mission requirements.
The position requires in-depth expertise in Technical ELINT, SIGINT, radar-emission analysis, data-quality assessment, technical reporting, and resolution of complex analytic discrepancies. The Analyst IV applies this expertise to resolve difficult technical problems, conduct senior technical review, improve analytic quality, and mentor less-experienced analysts. The analyst will apply organization-specific Mission Data processes, tools, data structures, and production procedures. Direct Mission Data, reprogramming, file-generation, and laboratory-test experience is highly desired but is not required. The Analyst IV provides technical recommendations, peer review, mentorship, and technical leadership within the assigned area of expertise.
Essential Job Functions:
Serve as a senior technical resource for complex Technical ELINT analysis, including radar-emission analysis, data assessment, and analytic discrepancy resolution.
Independently lead complex Technical ELINT analytic investigations and develop technically sound findings, risk assessments, alternatives, and recommended actions for appropriate review.
Evaluate the quality, completeness, consistency, traceability, and technical validity of Technical ELINT data, intelligence inputs, and related technical products.
Identify, investigate, and resolve complex, recurring, or cross-functional data-quality issues and analytic discrepancies; assess root causes and document recommended corrective actions.
Conduct senior technical and peer review of assigned Technical ELINT reports, data assessments, analytic methods, and supporting inputs for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less-experienced analysts through coaching, feedback, peer review, and sharing of analytic tradecraft.
Develop, refine, and recommend improvements to Technical ELINT analytic methods, quality-control practices, technical documentation, and data-assessment processes.
Apply and assist others in applying organization-specific Mission Data processes, tools, data structures, and production standards in support of assigned efforts.
Coordinate with Mission Data developers, laboratory-test personnel, intelligence stakeholders, customer representatives, and other technical personnel to clarify requirements, resolve technical issues, and support product delivery.
Prepare and present senior-level Technical ELINT reports, briefings, risk assessments, and recommendations to customer representatives and organizational leadership, as required.
Support technical planning and prioritization by identifying analytic dependencies, data gaps, technical risks, and recommended mitigation measures.
Required Skills:
U.S. citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
High school diploma and 16 or more years of relevant experience; or associate degree and 10 or more years of relevant experience; or bachelor's degree and eight or more years of relevant experience.
Must possess a current TS/SCI security clearance and maintain it throughout the duration of employment.
Minimum of five years of experience as a Technical ELINT, SIGINT, or closely related technical analyst. This requirement is included within, and not in addition to, the applicable overall relevant-experience requirement.
Demonstrated advanced experience conducting Technical ELINT, radar-emissions, technical signals, or related intelligence analysis.
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues, evaluate data quality, identify root causes of analytic discrepancies, and develop defensible technical recommendations.
Experience conducting technical reviews, quality assurance, peer review, or equivalent assessment of analytic products and data.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance or mentorship to analysts without requiring supervisory authority.
Experience producing and briefing complex Technical ELINT reports, assessments, data evaluations, or intelligence products.
Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and briefing skills.
Desired Skills:
Direct experience supporting Mission Data development, reprogramming, file generation, Mission Data group management, laboratory testing, or comparable production activities.
Experience with mission-data tools, Technical ELINT data structures, production workflows, or test processes.
Prior military experience in ELINT, EW, SIGINT, radar analysis, or related operational analytic fields.
Experience developing analytic methods, quality-control procedures, technical-review processes, or data-governance practices.
Experience supporting integrated government-contractor teams and coordinating across intelligence, technical, test, and customer organizations.
Coursework or experience in engineering, computer science, data science, physics, mathematics, or a related technical or scientific discipline.
Military ELINT Signal Analyst Program graduate and/or completion of SIGE 3810/4810 Intermediate or Advanced Technical ELINT Analysis courses.
