Mobile Device Specialist

The Mobile Device Specialist (formally Technical Support Specialist) p rovides customer service for our Government Client with cell phone and smartphone inventory and solves technical problems on mobile devices.

A sample of duties includes, but is not limited to:

• Manage the mobile device program, including: maintaining a cell phone inventory, and providing printer consumable ordering information based on inventory and usage metrics.
• Essential job skills are technical abilities, smart phone support, troubleshooting & repair on iPhones and flip phones.
• Diagnose problems and make minor repair of mobile devices, computers, and other IT equipment. Provide monthly reports on inventory and usage metrics.
• Inventory management receiving shipments, restocking, and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the mobile device inventory with a high level of accuracy.
• 2 years of IT experience is highly desired. Must have extensive experience with MS Office (Excel, Access) and computer competences.
• Proven ability to maintain professionalism, with a commitment to customer service.

• Current drivers' license
• P roof of U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S.
• A bility to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance .
• Strong preference given to candidates who meet all job requirements and possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
