Summary:
• Coordinate design, engineering, and product stakeholders to consolidate enterprise IT support and modern application development.
• Lead software development teams utilizing Agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver scalable human capital technologies and analytics.
• Manage architecture planning, UI/UX systems, and integration interfaces across the enterprise talent portfolio.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 13+ years
• Total Compensation: $350k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Lead technical teams in the design, development, and maintenance of robust web services and software architectures.
• Drive requirements analysis and technical team leadership across both Agile/Scrum and waterfall development lifecycles.
• Oversee technical documentation, UI/UX design frameworks, and web services interfaces to ensure standard enterprise compliance.
• Ensure system security best practices are integrated throughout architecture planning and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic workforce and talent requirements into scalable technical solutions.
