Summary:
• Coordinate design, engineering, and product stakeholders to consolidate enterprise IT support and application development.
• Lead software development teams through Agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver human capital management capabilities and workforce analytics.
• Oversee system architecture planning, UI/UX design systems, and web services integration.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 13+ years
• Total Compensation: $350k+ yearly (tentative)

• Drive technical team leadership across the full software development lifecycle utilizing Agile and waterfall frameworks.
• Coordinate with product and engineering stakeholders to define requirements, system architecture, and interface designs.
• Manage comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system specifications.
• Oversee UI/UX design systems and web services integration to support enterprise talent and human capital applications.
• Collaborate on system security planning and implementation to ensure compliance and robust operational efficiency.
