Safety & Health Program Manager (Overseas – Full-Time)
Location: Europe / Middle East (Onsite)

Position Summary:
AED Stratecon is seeking an onsite Safety & Health Program Manager to implement, coordinate, and enforce the Construction Accident Prevention Plan (CAPP) for construction projects in Europe and the Middle East. This role requires full-time onsite presence and reporting to the corporate safety official.
Responsibilities:
• Implement, coordinate, and enforce the Construction Accident Prevention Plan (CAPP)
• Implement and monitor the site Safety Program at the project location
• Conduct safety inspections and hazard identification
• Develop and train personnel on safety policies and procedures
• Implement corrective actions through training and proactive oversight
• Maintain safety documentation and incident reporting
• Conduct employee onboarding process including safety orientation and indoctrination
• Support safety audits and stakeholder reviews
Qualifications:
• First Aid/CPR certified
• OSHA 30-hour construction course completed
• Minimum 5 years of onsite safety experience with similar projects
• Fully knowledgeable on relevant sections of the latest Army Corps of Engineers Safety Manual (EM-385-1-1)
• Ability to anticipate, identify, evaluate, and implement corrective actions
• Active Top Secret security clearance recommended but not required
