Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an opportunity to work on critical aerospace maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and repairs on aircraft components
• Fabricate and install structural components using hand tools and power tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical orders
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure proper fit and alignment
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all work performed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic or similar role
• Secret clearance required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural systems
• Proficient in use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on military aircraft
• Knowledge of FAA and DoD maintenance regulations
• Previous experience with composite materials and advanced manufacturing techniques
