Summary:
• Lead software development teams and technical planning utilizing Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Develop application roadmaps, epics, and features for new and existing systems.
• Capture, analyze, and validate requirements while advising product managers on prioritization.
• Manage project governance plans, schedules, team milestones, and success criteria.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and coordinate verification, validation, and deployment activities.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 12+ years
• Total Compensation: $310k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Directly lead software development teams and serve as a technical liaison for complex system and application initiatives.
• Guide technical planning and cross-team coordination across Agile teams and mission stakeholders.
• Formulate and execute project schedules, governance plans, and delivery milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks according to tailored Agile processes.
• Coordinate comprehensive system verification, validation, and deployment activities.
• Communicate complex technical architectures and concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
