Job Description
Requirements / Top Must-Have Skills:
• Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Aruba routers or comparable enterprise networking equipment. Aruba experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of OSPF, BGP, static routing, IP addressing, subnetting, and enterprise network troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring and implementing enterprise networking equipment, including staging, installation support, and post-deployment troubleshooting.
• Ability to maintain network diagrams, configuration records, technical documentation, and weekly migration status reports.
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating multiple deployments with project managers, engineers, vendors, and field technicians
• Willingness to support evening and weekend installations as business needs dictate.
Desired Skills:
• Aruba Central, AOS-CX CLI, Zero-Touch Provisioning, Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN, and ClearPass.
• Cisco routing and switching experience; strong Cisco candidates with some Aruba exposure will be considered.
• Layer 2 networking: VLANs, 802.1Q trunking, STP, LACP, and inter-VLAN routing.
• Experience supporting SD-WAN technologies, including transferable experience with other vendors.
• Previous multisite network migrations or large-scale network deployments.
• Basic scripting, automation, Power BI, PHP, or API integration knowledge.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Freshservice, and SharePoint.
• Certifications: Aruba certifications, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL.
