ROLE SUMMARY
We are interested in creative professionals with strong visual judgment, curiosity, technical versatility, and the ability to turn complex—or sometimes ambiguous—requirements into polished visual solutions.
Experience may come from graphic design, fine art, photography, film/video, animation, theater, visual communications, or another creative discipline. A traditional design or fine-arts background is preferred but not required. Demonstrated creative ability and professional experience matter more.
You’ll use our proprietary generation AI platform and other traditional photo software — to produce photorealistic imagery, background scenes, and supporting assets. You’ll work closely with customers to understand requirements, iterate on outputs, and ensure every asset meets high realism standards. This is creative work with serious impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Develop and refine digital media assets, supporting documentation, and various other virtual production content
• Create background/scene imagery using generative tools and composites
• Apply critical analysis of imagery to ensure quality standards are met prior to publication
• Maintain and organize asset libraries for rapid access
• Contribute to documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures for graphics production
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• U.S. citizenship (required for TS/SCI clearance)
• Active TS/SCI security clearance (or active TS with SCI eligibility) with CI Poly
• 6+ years of experience in digital production, photo editing, or AI-assisted image generation
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Firefly
• Experience with generative AI image and/or video tools, including iterative prompting, image-to-image workflows, generative editing, and enhancement
• Strong image compositing, manipulation, cleanup, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into traditional creative workflows
• Strong visual understanding of composition, lighting, perspective, scale, proportion, realism, continuity, and detail
• Working knowledge of photography and photographic principles
• Ability to research unfamiliar subjects, gather effective visual references, and translate them into credible visual solutions
• Ability to recognize and correct common artifacts and inconsistencies in AI-generated imagery and video
• Strong communication skills and comfort receiving feedback, collaborating, and iterating quickly
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and adapt as requirements evolve
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fluid environment with evolving requirements and priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Background in photography, visual design, or forensic image analysis
• Understanding of social media platform image requirements, compression artifacts, and realistic scene generation

This role is based in Odenton, MD with work performed primarily at customer facilities on classified systems.
Schedule: Monday – Friday. The graphics team occasionally supports time-sensitive requests that may require greater than 40 hour work weeks or inconsistent hours.
