Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aerospace maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and aerospace components.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve structural issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement repair procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA, DoD, and Air Force regulations and standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in aviation maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance.
• Proficiency with aircraft structural repair techniques and materials.
• Strong understanding of FAA and DoD maintenance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific aircraft types or maintenance programs.
• Additional certifications in aircraft maintenance or related fields.
• Previous experience working on military aircraft or at a military base.
