i3 is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Army DEVCOM Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC) Air/Ground Integration and Interoperability Lab (AGIIL) in Huntsville, AL. AGIIL is a fast-paced, rapid prototyping and systems integration laboratory supporting a diverse range of Department of War customers and mission areas. - Apply Systems Engineering principles to identify and derive requirements.
- Support software and system architecture design and development.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, rapid prototyping environment.
- Support diverse Department of War customers and mission areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Computer, etc.) or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in a defense or aerospace environment.
- Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience with hardware and software integration, rapid prototyping, and systems architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
