Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aerospace maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and aerospace components.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve structural issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement repair procedures.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA, DoD, and Air Force regulations and standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development programs.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance or related field.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural systems and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, climbing, and working at heights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific aircraft types or systems used at Beale AFB.
• Knowledge of relevant maintenance manuals and technical data.
• Previous experience working in a military or government contracting environment.
