Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aerospace maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and aerospace components.
• Utilize various hand tools and power tools to fabricate, assemble, and repair aircraft structures.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify cracks, corrosion, and other defects.
• Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to develop and implement repair procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in aircraft maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic or similar role in an aerospace environment.
• Secret clearance required.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural systems and materials.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and NDT equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on specific aircraft types (e.g., B-52, KC-10, U-2, etc.)
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and military maintenance procedures.
