DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES

All Points is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the Cloud Services Office under the AEGIS Program.
This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cloud infrastructure, platform, and enterprise cloud service initiatives. The selected candidate will work across cloud engineering, architecture, operations, networking, security, FinOps, and customer stakeholder teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and operational requirements.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a solid understanding of cloud computing, enterprise infrastructure, and technical program delivery within complex IT environments.

NASA PUBLIC TRUST REQUIRED

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead planning and execution of cloud infrastructure, platform, and service initiatives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and implementation roadmaps.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within established schedule, scope, and performance expectations.
• Support cloud migration, consolidation, modernization, onboarding, and service delivery initiatives.

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate cloud engineering, architecture, networking, operations, security, and platform teams.
• Translate technical architecture and engineering requirements into executable project plans.
• Align technical dependencies, integrations, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Facilitate technical reviews, planning sessions, and engineering coordination activities.
• Ensure communication and coordination among project stakeholders.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Identify technical, operational, and programmatic risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.
• Track and resolve project blockers and cross-functional dependencies.
• Monitor schedule health and delivery performance.

Stakeholder & Leadership Support

• Serve as the primary coordination point between technical teams, leadership, and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, governance activities, and technical discussions.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Support executive-level status reporting and decision-making activities.
• Support governance boards and architecture review processes.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Produce leadership-ready reports, dashboards, and project metrics.
• Track milestones, deliverables, schedules, and project health.
• Support financial and operational reporting requirements.
• Improve project delivery processes, cloud operational workflows, and team coordination.
• Promote standardized project management and delivery practices across the Cloud Services Office.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in:

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing technical infrastructure, cloud, platform, or enterprise IT projects

COMPENSATION
$120,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position supports the Cloud Services Office under the AEGIS Program.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within 50 miles of a major NASA facility and be able to support customer and program requirements as needed.
