- Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement from warehouse to production
- Develop raw material and scheduling requirements based on engineering specifications and production schedules
- Coordinate material flow between purchasing, warehouse, and production teams
- Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems for inventory and schedule management
- Negotiate lead times with suppliers to secure timely deliveries
- Interpret shipping regulations and prepare export/import documentation and applications
- Communicate operational processes and procedures to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and address process improvements within the job area to achieve operational targets Required Skills and Experience
- Practical experience in material management or supply chain operations
- Proficiency with MRP systems
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and achieve set objectives Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of export/import compliance and documentation
- Familiarity with production scheduling and raw material requirements
