Sr. Technical CI Analytical Support (All Source Analyst)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Technical CI Analytical Support (All Source Analyst) to join our team at Fort Meade, MD. This position is critical to our nation's security and requires a professional with a strong background in all-source analysis, counterintelligence, and technical intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive all-source analysis integrating multiple intelligence disciplines including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.
• Develop and maintain technical intelligence products supporting national and departmental mission requirements.
• Support counterintelligence investigations by analyzing complex data sets and identifying patterns of interest.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to produce timely and accurate intelligence assessments.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior analysts and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant intelligence community policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant intelligence or analytical experience, with at least 5 years in all-source analysis.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Demonstrated experience with intelligence analysis tools and databases.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with counterintelligence investigations.
• Knowledge of technical intelligence collection methods and systems.
• Familiarity with intelligence community policies and procedures.
• Previous experience working with multi-agency teams.
