We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Research Analysis Support (All Source Analyst) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of open source, human source, and technical intelligence to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain detailed analytical products, including briefings, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate all-source intelligence and provide insights that inform policy and operational planning.
- Identify and assess emerging threats, trends, and patterns from diverse data sets.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to junior analysts.
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all analytical products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, History, Security Studies, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, preferably in a government or defense contracting environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing and integrating multiple intelligence disciplines (OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive analytical products.
- Experience with intelligence community tools and databases.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with counterintelligence or counterterrorism issues.
- Knowledge of regional expertise (Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Europe, etc.).
- Familiarity with advanced analytical methodologies and tools.
