  • Develop, maintain, and update instructional materials as cybersecurity policies, tools, and processes evolve.
  • Create clear, user-friendly content that translates complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences.
  • Train users on cyber tools, security frameworks, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Support workforce readiness initiatives by ensuring personnel understand their cybersecurity responsibilities and compliance obligations.
  • Facilitate discussions, answer technical questions, and provide ongoing support to end users and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve course content and delivery methods based on student feedback, emerging technologies, and mission needs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience serving in a cybersecurity role such as:
    • Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)
    • Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM)
    • Security Control Assessor (SCA)
    • Delegated Authorizing Official Representative (DAOR)
