Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement infrastructure automation solutions using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions that meet business needs.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and workflows to ensure they remain efficient and effective.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes and infrastructure.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure automation.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the use of automation tools and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure automation.
- Proven experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their automation capabilities.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
