Standard Job Description
1) Escort approved visitors throughout the facility
2) Perform general maintenance of buildings and equipment requiring practical skill and knowledge in such tasks as
carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, masonry, electrical, or plumbing activities
3) Operate gardening and grounds care equipment as required
4) Perform operator maintenance on all equipment used in execution of duties and report higher echelon
maintenance requirements to appropriate personnel
5) Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance, as required
6) Work flexible hours as required by the customer to include weekends and holidays
7) Work overtime as required
Basic Qualifications
1) Experience performing general maintenance of building and equipment.
2) Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions up to 75% of the workday.
3) Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs and climb ladders potentially as high as a two story building.
4) Be available to work flexible hours as required by the customer to include weekends and holidays.
5) Be available to work overtime as required.
6) Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and must have an interim secret clearance prior to start so therefore,
all candidates must be a US Citizen.

- This position is covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA) with an hourly wage of no less than per hour.

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For Service Contract Act (SCA) positions only. SCA employees receive a minimum of 80 hours of vacation and 88 hours of holiday paid time off. Paid sick leave is up to 56 hours annually. - For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
