Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team working in Crane, IN. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead development efforts, coordinate test events, and guide strategic technical and programmatic decisions.
- Interface frequently with both government and industry partners to align project goals and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop program metrics, budgets, and schedules while coordinating the efforts of multiple task activities.
- Oversee the daily operations of complex technical projects to ensure successful mission execution.
- Manage strategic relationships with commercial vendors and sub-teaming partners.
- Travel up to 25% both CONUS and OCONUS to support program milestones and operational requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Management
- 9+ years of direct work experience in support of DoD expeditionary developmental projects or as a Program/Project Manager supporting DoD/DoW contracts
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced working with OUSW, USSOCOM, and NSWC Crane
- Project management experience to include programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
