Full Time Permanent Director level role - Relocation Assistance Provide - Benefits - PTO - Retirement with Match
This role will involve building a Supply Chain function from the ground up in an already established mature company supporting the Department of Defense in the Engineering space. The incumbent will need to explain how they went about building out the Supply Chain Function, the key pieces of the team they chose to hire, and the Processes they implemented in scaling the Supply Chain Function.
This role will require 100% in office Prescence and an Active Secret Clearance.
Required:
US Citizen with clearance eligibility required (Active Clearance a bonus)
Proven supply chain leadership at the director-level with recent experience building out a Supply Chain Team
Aerospace or defense manufacturing environment or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
Preferred (CPSM, CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or similar)
Working knowledge of finance, contracting, export regulations, engineering, manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, and program execution.
DoD, ITAR, EAR, FAR, and DFARS requirements.
Experience leading or transforming an integrated SI&OP process
Experience guiding supply chain organizations through significant growth, transformation, or operational-recovery efforts.
