Job Description
Typical work assignments include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing all programs for effectiveness and ensures that trends are identified and presented in concert with the urgency dictated by the condition.
Determining programs that require closer review and evaluation.
Reviewing staff proposals for evaluation and performance management tools and modifies as necessary.
Identifying and directing necessary corrective actions for programs and ensures that successes and lessons learned are recognized and shared with other parts of the organization that might benefit.
