Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and maintenance on aircraft and other aerospace vehicles
• Repair and replace aircraft structural components
• Fabricate and install structural parts as required
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify material flaws
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all work performed
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure mission readiness

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic or similar role
• Experience with aircraft structural maintenance
• Knowledge of FAA and DoD maintenance regulations
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on military aircraft
• Knowledge of composite materials and repair techniques
• Experience with NDT methods such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
