Immediate need for a 2nd shift supervisor.
Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications
- Aircraft manufacturing, &/or production experience.
- Experience with the one or more of the following: (Composites,fabrication, machining,structures)
- Experience with business metrics to drive performance (safety, quality, schedule, cost)
- Ability to adapt quickly to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
- Previous experience in Leadership/Supervisory position or at Lead capacity
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clerance
Desired Skills
- EVMS management experience
- 5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent education
- Manufacturing Leadership
- Experience working in a union evironment
- Technical Degree
- Lean Mfg Exposure and Deployment
- Understanding of composite fabrication techniques including lay ups, bonds, cures (Ovens and autoclaves), machining, and post processing.
