Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic with Secret Clearance for a critical position supporting our Beale Air Force Base operations. This role involves performing advanced maintenance and repair on aircraft structures, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with stringent safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft structures and components
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve structural issues
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement repair procedures
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with all applicable military and civilian safety regulations
• Participate in continuous training and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance (must be currently held)
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance
• Proficient in the use of CAD systems and structural analysis software
• Strong understanding of FAA and DoD maintenance regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on fighter aircraft or high-performance military aircraft
• Knowledge of composite materials and advanced manufacturing techniques
• Previous experience with Beale Air Force Base or similar military installations
