Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic with a Secret clearance to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position is critical to ensuring the structural integrity and safety of aircraft and other assets.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft and other assets.
• Conduct inspections to identify damage and determine necessary repairs.
• Fabricate and install structural components using hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical orders.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure project completion.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in aircraft structures preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic or similar role.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural systems and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on specific aircraft types (e.g., B-1B, KC-10A, F-16C/D, F-22, F-23).
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and military standards.
• Experience with composite materials and advanced manufacturing techniques.
