We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Structures Mechanic with a Secret Clearance to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This critical role involves the maintenance and repair of aircraft structures, ensuring the airworthiness and safety of our fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft structures.
• Utilize various tools and equipment to fabricate, assemble, and repair aircraft components.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify cracks, corrosion, and other structural defects.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in aircraft structures preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and NDT equipment.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural principles and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on specific aircraft types (e.g., C-130, KC-10, etc.).
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and military maintenance procedures.
• Previous experience in a military or government maintenance environment.
