Interact directly with customers to address systems engineering technical considerations, resolve issues, and manage conflicts related to ServiceNow and associated systems.
Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to fit specific business requirements across multiple modules and use cases.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Orchestrate and automate tasks and workflows within ServiceNow to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Provide strong development support and keep projects on track and on task, collaborating on both new development and enhancements with engineers, developers, analysts, and other team members.
Follow, maintain, and apply documentation best practices, policies, procedures, and processes throughout all ServiceNow development activities.
