Job Description

This role offers the chance to work with senior engineers and organizational strategists to streamline operational challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in discussions with training staff and stakeholders to capture requirements and identify process bottlenecks.
- Implement and test AI-driven solutions to streamline readiness and certification workflows, with guidance from senior engineers.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting or programming.
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including version control (Git).
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of or exposure to offensive security operations and cyber mission tradecraft.
- Experience or coursework with AI harnesses and agentic workflows, including Skills or MCP servers.
Experience Required: 3 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 7 years without degree
