Job Description
Join the IIA SWAT team in Columbia, MD, as a developer working with a small team to build and maintain agentic tools that assist in gathering and curating information packages. You will collaborate closely with the customer, learning their workflows and implementing solutions to support mission needs.
Responsibilities:
- Expand on existing workflow automation efforts.
- Learn and improve upon customer tradecraft.
- Develop and maintain web apps to provide analytic and workflow support.
- Emphasize customer communication and gather feedback on project status and results.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience with full stack development with an emphasis on AI workflows.
- Experience soliciting and applying feedback.
- Experience programming in JavaScript and python.
- Experience working with corporate services in the high side environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI assisted development.
- Development experience in a Linux environment.
- Prior experience in advanced security operations.
- Experience with relational databases.
Experience Required: 3 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 7 years without degree
