Job Description
Software Developer for IIA SWAT
Support IIA SWAT as part of a small team by working with combined data from various agency elements to build tools that assist in gathering and curating information. Direct interaction with the customer, including leadership, analysts, and other developers, is a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Expand on existing workflow automation efforts.
- Learn and improve customer tradecraft.
- Develop and maintain web apps to provide analytic and workflow support.
- Emphasize customer communication and gather feedback on project status and results.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience with full stack development with an emphasis on AI workflows.
- Experience soliciting and applying feedback.
- Experience programming in JavaScript and Python.
- Experience working with corporate services in the high side environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI assisted development.
- Development experience in a Linux environment.
- Prior experience in TAO.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Experience with pipeline data processing.
Experience Required: 3 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 7 years without degree
Location: Columbia, MD
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Salary Range: $138,000 - $163,000
