You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of analysts, operators, and developers, directly impacting daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-side development expertise to support operational mission tools.
- Expand on existing workflow automation efforts to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain web applications for analytic and workflow support.
- Develop and maintain backend analytics, emphasizing non-relational databases.
- Operate within non-relational databases and emphasize customer communication.
- Break down large tasks for team members and gather feedback from users.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with full stack development, focusing on Java and Angular JavaScript.
- Experience with non-relational databases.
- Experience in soliciting and applying feedback in development processes.
- Development experience in a Linux environment.
- Experience with AI-assisted development.
- Leadership experience.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of end-to-end signals intelligence collection and analysis systems.
- Experience with dataflow engineering.
- Experience with customer cross-domain solutions.

Experience Required: 12 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or 16 years without degree
