Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SCA Electronics Technician Maintenance II to join our team in Crestview, FL. This position is critical to ensuring the maintenance and operational readiness of complex electronic systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and calibration.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify system malfunctions and faults.
• Utilize test equipment and software tools to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop and implement maintenance procedures.
• Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, test results, and repair logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency calls as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic systems maintenance, preferably in a military or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and systems.
• Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Specific Component Analysis (SCA) systems.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-461 and other relevant military standards.
• Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE).
• Previous experience working on radar, communication, or navigation systems.
