Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SCA Electronics Technician Maintenance II to join our team in Crestview, FL. This position is critical to ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our electronic systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic malfunctions using advanced test equipment.
• Repair and replace faulty electronic parts and subassemblies.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure systems meet operational requirements.
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and systems.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with specific electronic systems used in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Knowledge of relevant maintenance standards and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including temperature extremes and noise levels.

Work Environment:
This position will be performed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The employee may be required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet operational requirements.
