Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SCA_Electronics Technician Maintenance II to join our team in Crestview, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics maintenance, with a focus on SCA (Space and Countermeasures) systems. This role requires a detailed-oriented individual who can perform complex repairs and maintenance on advanced electronic systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SCA electronics systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify system malfunctions.
• Utilize test equipment to isolate and correct electronic faults.
• Update and maintain technical documentation related to maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure system readiness.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics maintenance, preferably with SCA systems.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and systems.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with military or government contracts.
• Knowledge of ITAR regulations and procedures.
• Certification in electronics maintenance (e.g., CEA, ESA).

Clearance Requirement:
This position requires a Secret clearance. The ability to obtain a Secret clearance is a mandatory requirement.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including temperature extremes and noise levels.

Work Environment:
The position is primarily onsite at our Crestview, FL facility. Some travel may be required for training or system support.
