Handle user experience instructional design, technical curriculum engineering, and training delivery across federal enterprise landscapes.
- Compliance & Section 508 Standards: Ensure all instructional frameworks, multimedia elements, and digital learning platforms strictly adhere to federal plain language guidelines and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- SD-WAN Curriculum Development: Serve as the training subject matter expert, converting complex network integration blueprints, High-Level/Low-Level Designs (HLDs/LLDs), and enterprise SD-WAN system updates into clear, structured training curricula and instructional modules.
- UX-Driven Training Materials: Design, develop and maintain high-impact user guides, visual infographics, and digital job aids that simplify complex software interfaces, transport performance indicators (SATCOM, Starlink), and Cisco ISE onboarding workflows for operators.

- Networking Knowledge Application: Demonstrated capability to understand and articulate complex network constraints, WAN technologies, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), or secure access solutions to create accurate instructional materials.
- Operational Validation: Experience defining evaluation criteria, measuring training effectiveness, and collecting qualitative user feedback during pilot system rollouts.
Mobility: Ability to travel to physical federal C5I environments, labs, and CONUS cutter and shore locations to participate in deployment and testing windows.
Clearance Level: Must have an active Secret clearance
