Gridiron IT is seeking a Change Management Specialist Senior to support a federal program in Chantilly, VA.

• Advanced analytical and qualitative skills
• Expertise with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Kendis, Confluence, GitLab
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator,
InDesign)
• Front?end development familiarity: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js
• Section 508 accessibility compliance
Working knowledge of HTML / CSS
• UI / UX design principles and user?centered design methodologies
• Advanced analytical, qualitative, and strategic planning skills
As the Change Management Lead, you will drive user adoption of our AI platform across federal environments. You’ll create and deliver change management strategies, communications, and training that help users transition from legacy systems to new AI-powered tools in both Classified and Unclassified settings.
You will assess change impacts, evaluate organizational readiness, and build plans that reduce resistance and increase engagement. Your work includes developing training programs, hosting workshops and roadshows, and coordinating with product teams, analysts, leadership, and federal stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption.
You’ll build change champion networks, define adoption metrics, gather feedback, support leadership through change, and adjust strategies as the platform scales across agencies and mission areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management strategy for AI adoption across federal agencies.
Assess impacts, readiness, and risks; develop mitigation plans.
Create and deliver user training, workshops, and learning materials.
Plan roadshows and engagement activities to build awareness and enthusiasm.
Develop communication plans and stakeholder-specific messaging.
Facilitate sessions to gather feedback and shape adoption strategies.
Build change champion communities.
Define and track adoption metrics; adjust strategies based on results.
Partner with Product Management to align change activities with releases.
Document processes, best practices, and lessons learned.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance required
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
