Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead systems engineering efforts supporting rule integration across test and production dataflows using Apache NiFi.
• Define requirements, design dataflow architectures, and create system diagrams.
• Coordinate Agile sprint planning, release testing, and troubleshooting in JIRA.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $335k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Lead systems engineering planning and execution for mission data systems and dataflow services.
• Support integration of rules into test and production dataflows and facilitate expansion of data types and sources.
• Design high-level dataflows and develop system architectural diagrams depicting software and system functions.
• Oversee Agile development processes including sprint planning, retrospective sessions, and backlog management in JIRA.
• Coordinate with test teams, test major releases with Apache NiFi, and produce release notes for all versions.
• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.
