Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an opportunity to work on critical aerospace maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft structures
• Fabricate and install structural components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify cracks, corrosion, and other structural defects
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and materials used
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic or similar role
• Secret clearance required
• Experience with aircraft structural maintenance and repair
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Knowledge of NDT techniques (e.g., ultrasonic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on military aircraft
• Familiarity with FAA and DoD maintenance regulations
• Additional certifications in welding or NDT
