Support Coach

Job Description:

• This position is accountable for coaching the Support Services team to consistently deliver the level of preparation, coordination, and responsiveness required for successful deckplate execution. The effectiveness of the Support Services team directly influences the Supervisor's ability to execute work safely, efficiently, and productively.
• The coach will focus on developing the team's ability to anticipate operational requirements and ensure that the right people, parts, and paperwork are available at the right time. Central to this responsibility is establishing a disciplined work readiness process in which Work Orders are thoroughly reviewed, potential execution barriers are identified and resolved, and worksite readiness is confirmed before assignments are released to the Supervisor.
• Through active coaching, verification, and continuous improvement, this position will help establish a culture in which Support Services takes ownership of delivering work that is truly ready for execution, allowing Supervisors to concentrate on leading their crews and achieving production objectives.
