Description:

Our client seeks a Senior Public Engagement Manager to lead strategic outreach for customer delivery projects. This role involves developing and executing engagement strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring project success through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive public engagement strategies for customer delivery projects
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engagement activities
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes
• Prepare and present engagement reports to senior leadership and clients
• Lead crisis communication and issue resolution efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public engagement, stakeholder management, or related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engagement projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of public engagement best practices and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with government or public sector clients
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile)
• Proficiency in engagement software and tools
