Description:

Our client seeks a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead assessments, implement and manage security solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity architecture, threat detection, and incident response.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments and audits
• Develop and implement security frameworks and best practices
• Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities
• Lead incident response and mitigation efforts
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into all processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide training and guidance to staff on cybersecurity awareness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM preferred
• Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and access controls
• Experience with security tools and technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of application security and secure coding practices
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Experience in a government or defense contracting environment

Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
