Maintains the configurable items list, the software baseline, license tracking, and current architectural and functional drawings for all production capabilities, with all changes tracked in ServiceNow. Hosts and documents the monthly Configuration Control Board and Engineering Review Board.

Hosts and documents the monthly Configuration Control Board and Engineering Review Board.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform configuration and change management per NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5; maintain and enforce the configurable items (CI) list; manage the COTS, GOTS, and open-source software baseline; track software licensing requirements.
- Produce and maintain current, detailed architectural and functional drawings for all production capabilities.
- Track all IGEA changes in the serialized ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Work with IGEA team members to enforce the change management process; host and document CCB and ERB meetings, held at least monthly, and develop reports and templates.
- Integrate new requirements into the weekly change management process and report them at the monthly CCB.
- Implement and administer enterprise document management systems and procedures to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records.
- Help develop document management policies and classification taxonomies; classify content by security level, function, and metadata.
- Develop, document, and maintain standards, best practices, and system usage procedures.
Required Skills
- Minimum 7 to 10+ years of configuration or document management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience with configuration management principles, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CMDB software to maintain the integrity of project artifacts.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
- Active Final TOP SECRET clearance at start of work, with eligibility for SCI access.
- If appointed to a CS/IT function: DoWM 8140.03 baseline certification at start of performance and CE certification or certificate of training before privileged access.
